: That page is a list of licenses that you can select when uploading media files. According to MediaWiki documentation it has to look that ugly, else it will not work correctly. Have a look at the source and you will see how it's formatted. MediaWiki:Sidebar
In the sidebar on the main page of the Wiki, there is a link to Icecast (which is a #REDIRECT to Icecast Project). If you wish to change this, you can find it at MediaWiki:Sidebar. (The last time I updated this, it took me ages to find it.) Martin Leese 09:17, 15 April 2015 (PDT)
