Public Parrot Hack

Public Parrot Hack is an audio resampler developed by Jean-Marc Valin. The source is available as part of the Speex project, in libspeex/resample.c.

The name is a pun on Secret Rabbit Code, a GPL-licensed resampler by Erik de Castro Lopo.
