* Latest [http://www.geocities.jp/aoyoume/aotuv/ aoTuV Vorbis Encoders] has received lot of [http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/VorbisEncoders testing vs. the original xiph.org encoder] from the community and is considered a lot better. Since there is also a [http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/Bounties Bounty for aggressive low-bitrate libvorbis encoding improvements for Vorbis I], how about consider merging it in the official encoder?
