I'm Xiando and I'd like to make The Torrent Channel only carry Theora video files (for quick download) in addition to DVD images.

However, NONE of the software listed on TheoraSoftwareEncoders is even close to acceptable, I'm having a hard time making decient Vorbis files (serious audio sync problems, no way to specify that the output file should be half a CD or a CD (700 MB) in size, etc.).
I'm in no way important and above sums up my interest in Theora.
